After many years in New York as a real estate agent, Erik Nissani thoroughly enjoys his focus on Florida real estate, working side by side with his identical twin brother, Jeff Nissani.
Known for his strong work ethic and forthrightness, Erik Nissani has more than a dozen years of experience in the fast-paced world of New York real estate, where he honed skills that serve his Florida clients beautifully.
His prior work credentials include working with Eastern Consolidated and Marcus & Millichap and his role as principal in his own brokerage firm, Willow Stone Realty, where he negotiated deals for top-tier clients such as Guinness World Records and Universal Music. Erik has extensive experience in sales and leasing of both commercial and residential properties.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap in New York, Erik worked for JSN Properties, representing tenants in office leasing transactions in the Garment District, Chelsea, Gramercy, Noho, Soho, Hudson Square, and other areas in the downtown Manhattan market. Erik is also a graduate of New York University, where he studied Fine Arts.
